As well as coaching and training individuals, I work with senior leaders and their teams to help them make business decisions, articulate goals or strategies and discover new areas of growth opportunity. Each time helping them to maintain focus, move forward and create attainable action plans. 


This can include:


  • Helping companies to think laterally about their business and behave more like a start up.


  • Deepening understanding of what will attract and retain GenZ talent, as well as helping younger workers learn how to progress in a company.

 

  • Creating or advising on content strategy.


  • Media training and key-messaging development.


  • Coaching companies through periods of change, helping them to identify and articulate a vision, design new structures, identify what makes a team tick and increase productivity.


  • Organisational design & development, designing restructures, creating clarity around new business needs, implementing new processes and reducing friction to improve productivity and staff retention.
